El pasante de abogado
Se encuentra el Socio mayoritario de un gran
bufete de abogados en su despacho, sin un carajo que hacer (por supuesto). Se plantea si
el hacer el amor con su mujer es trabajo o placer.
Llama al abogado asociado y
se lo plantea: ¿Hacer el amor con mi mujer es trabajo o placer? El abogado
asociado responde:- Pues no lo sé, tendría que estudiarlo.
El Socio mayoritario le da una hora para responder.
El abogado asociado acude donde el
abogado contratado y le pasa la pelota: ¿Que el Socio mayoritario haga el amor
con su mujer ¿es un acto de trabajo o de placer?’ El abogado contratado,
entretenido en no hacer nada, le responde que no lo sabe.
El abogado asociado
le dice que tiene 45 minutos para averiguarlo. El abogado contratado le
traslada la pregunta al asistente legal, que estaba muy ocupado peleándose con
la máquina del café, sin nada que hacer, por supuesto. Pero él tampoco sabe
la respuesta.
Al final le llega la pregunta al PASANTE, que tiene la mesa
llena de expedientes, 15 memos que enviar, 18 oficios que redactar, 8
informes que elaborar, y como si fuera poco tiene control de lectura en un par
de horas en la universidad; en fin, atorado hasta la madre de trabajo que
hacer. Su jefe le dice que tiene cinco minutos para decirle si el hecho de que
el socio mayoritario del Bufete haga el amor con su mujer es trabajo o placer.
Sin levantar la cabeza, el PRACTICANTE responde inmediatamente: Es placer. Su
jefe, intrigado por la rápida respuesta, le pregunta: ¿Cómo has llegado tan
rápidamente a esa conclusión…..? porque si fuera trabajo, seguro que me la tendría que echar yo!!
