Luis Aragonés vuelve a perder los nervios por Raúl
El seleccionador y un periodista se tratan a gritos de “cobarde” y 2mentiroso” en Onda Cero a causa de la ausencia del jugador en la selección.
La polémica en torno a la ausencia en la selección del capitán del Real Madrid, Raúl González, no deja de dar quebraderos de cabeza a Luis Aragonés. El seleccionador perdió anoche los nervios en el programa ‘Al primer toque’ de Onda Cero con motivo de su negativa a convocar al delantero y se enzarzó en una pelea verbal con el periodista Alfonso Azuara, colaborador habitual del programa. Muy exaltados ambos, se trataron a gritos de “cobarde” y “mentiroso”.
Azuara preguntó con insistencia a Aragonés por los motivos reales de la ausencia de Raúl en la selección y le reprochó unas declaraciones suyas sobre el jugador. También le acusó de mentir por no cumplir la promesa que hizo antes del Mundial de Alemania de abandonar su cargo si el equipo no alcanzaba a las semifinales.
Aragonés le instó a gritos que no mezclara “churros con merinas” y le espetó: “Estás tratando de equivocar a tu audiencia. Eres un cobarde, tú eres un cobarde, el único que falta a la verdad eres tú”. Harto de las preguntas sobre el delantero madridista, sentenció: “Considero que Raúl no debe estar. De Raúl no voy a hablar más”.
No es la primera ocasión que Luis Aragonés pierde los papeles por el ‘caso Raúl’, a quien no ha vuelto a convocar desde septiembre de 2006, a pesar de la lluvia de críticas provenientes, sobre todo, de la prensa deportiva madrileña.
En diciembre aseguró que sería “justo” con el delantero de cara a la Eurocopa de este año en Austria y Suiza si continuaba jugando bien, pero hasta ahora no lo ha llamado. Precisamente, este viernes Luis Aragonés debe anunciar la lista de jugadores para el encuentro amistoso contra Francia que se disputará el 6 de febrero en Málaga.
